I read in The Herald that in areas of Plymouth people are fed-up with the yobs who hang around causing trouble. It even gave the opinion of a couple of them that they did not go to the youth club as they could not drink there. Hello? If you're under 18 you shouldn't be drinking anyway.
Another no-go area, especially at the weekend, is the skate park in Central Park. Walking the dog can be frightening, with gangs of kids drinking and causing a disturbance. The pool employs a security guard on Friday nights because of the behaviour in that area.See the full content of this document
