Summary
It now seems that I, and many like me, have been caught completely on the wrong foot when we thought that the three to four miles of white lines were vandalism. It now seems that it is 'art', and council approved at that!
Now I may be completely wrong here but, if someone from Devonport or Swilly had done this they would now be, rightly so, behind bars. But someone on the council gave the go-ahead and now it is supposedly art.See the full content of this document
