Summary
The manner in which Mrs Pengelly and the Tory-led council have seemingly disregarded the opposition by many Plymouth citizens to the selling of the city's majority shareholding in Plymouth Citybus will be remembered at the next local council elections.
In my view it is a disgrace the council can justify spending nearly pounds1million pounds on a survey, when council employees are being made redundant and Plymouth chargepayers are being charged more.
