A SPECIAL meeting of Plymouth City Council is to be held on October 26 when councillors will be asked to approve the transfer of 15,000 homes to a new housing association.
If the council approves the transfer, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, John Denham, will need to give the final go-ahead before the expected transfer date of November 16.See the full content of this document
