Summary
I FEEL it is completely wrong to consider siting an incinerator in the centre of a large and heavily populated city such as Plymouth.
In my opinion, there are many unpopulated areas where the incinerator could be sited and where the regular deliveries of lorry loads of rubbish and removal of ash would not need to pass through heavily-populated areas, adding to the congestion on the roads. I feel we are exposing a large, heavilypopulated area to potential health risks from the pollution of air caused by an incinerator. I feel it is outrageous.See the full content of this document
