You recently published an article regarding motorcyclists speeding through the Torpoint Twisties. I am an advanced motorcyclist with 26 years' experience of riding, I work in the health and safety industry and the Torpoint Twisties is my favourite road.
I fully support council attempts to provide advanced motorcycle training. I can honestly say training dramatically changed the way I ride; now when I open the bike up I know I am doing it safely. However, I don't feel enough is done to promote the benefits. I received no insurance discount for passing my advanced test and the local Institute of Advanced Motorcycle groups, of which I am a member, do not receive the credit they deserve for providing ongoing training at very reasonable prices from highly trained volunteers.See the full content of this document
