A PLYMSTOCK teenager who broke a younger boy's nose in a three- on-one gang attack has narrowly missed being sent to a young offender institution.
Craig Jude, 18, had previously pleaded guilty to assaulting Tom Pook, causing him actual bodily harm. Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor David Gittins said that trouble flared at an under-18s party at Staddiscombe Social Club on October 2 last year. Tom Pook, 16, intervened, holding a man back to calm the situation.
