Summary
In response to a letter in 'Your Say', November 30, 'No Response', I have been trying to communicate between Plymouth City Council over my council tax for so long it has now got to a court case. I sympathise with this lady and would advise her to through their complaints procedure before its too late for her.
I have emailed, sent letters and had up to four-hour interviews to try and solve my dispute. I agree they should be named and shamed.See the full content of this document
