Submariners Reprimanded Over Pinnacle Collision

Summary


SUBMARINERS who were involved in an incident which saw a former Devonport-based nuclear submarine crash into a shallow pinnacle have been reprimanded.

During a court martial in Portsmouth, Commanding officer Commander Steven Drysdale, officer of the watch Lieutenant Commander Andrew Cutler and navigation officer Lieutenant Lee Blair s all admitted an offence of neglecting to perform their duty.
