RUNNERS and walkers in Plymouth are being encouraged to sign up for the Three Bridges charity fun run in Barnstaple later this month.
Setting off from Ladies Mile in Rock Park, the 5.25km route will take runners and walkers across the River Yeo, over the Taw Bridge and then the Long Bridge, with most of the course following the Tarka Trail.See the full content of this document
