A NEW report assessing the state of the South West ahead of the coalition Government's October announcements on public spending said the region is in danger of being marginalised as "the forgotten part of England".
The report by South West Stakeholders, an alliance of social and economic organisations including the Confederation of British Industry and Citizen's Advice, said the region already receives nine per cent less Government spending than the UK average.See the full content of this document
