MORE than Pounds 2,000 has been raised for the British Heart Foundation and the Archie Barton Appeal Fund.
To raise the money, organiser John Tregaskes hosted the annual Royal Albert Bridge Inn Raft race, along with a weekly pub quiz at the Royal Albert Bridge Inn pub. Altogether Pounds 700 was raised for the British Heart Foundation and Pounds 1,500 for Archie Barton, a Plymouth meningitis survivor.
