THERE'S nothing like cutting a dash while you're driving along. I know a car is really only a utilitarian object for getting us from A to B and shouldn't be seen as anything more than that, but.....for many people their car is much more than that - it's an extension of themselves, of their homes even.

So it was that as I was driving the new Mini Convertible - only just out and a pretty impressive motor to be seen in anyway - I couldn't resist the temptation to cut an even bigger dash.
