THE West Devon Youth Under-15 League season is complete and in spite of bad weather 81 per cent of matches were able to take place. In the final round of games, Plymstock's A and B sides both secured victories, although the margins were significantly different. Plymstock A saw off Yelverton by 10 wickets after restricting the opposition to a meagre 53 for five. Despite tidy bowling from Ackford and Lopes, Plymstock knocked off the runs without loss, with opener Adam Stevenson hitting 44 not out. Plymstock B overcame Tideford Hawks in a tighter finish, winning by 10 runs.
Bad light reduced both innings to 16 overs and, batting first, Plymstock made 74 for six with Charles O'Higgins making an impressive 25.See the full content of this document
