PLANS for a Pounds 9.5million waterfront block of flats are expected to draw huge interest when they go on display to the public today . The Friends of West Hoe is planning to take a huge delegation to the public exhibition at The Hoe's Quality Hotel where Lawrence Butler, managing director of Falmouth-based Devington Homes, will be among a team from the developers on hand to answer questions.
Devington Homes wants to construct a 17-apartment, five-storey block on the derelict former tennis courts on the corner of Hoe Road and Pier Street.See the full content of this document
