Summary
The excellent articles on the 'new town' for the north of the city are correct in drawing the public to offer their views on the proposed developments and to be involved from the start, not to whinge afterwards when it's done and dusted.
My main concern is, however, that any new development will inevitably put greater strain on the already over-used Derriford roundabout, and other junctions committed to road transport.
