PLYMOUTH Argyle were expecting a near capacity crowd at Home Park for the League One derby game with Exeter City this afternoon. Up to 15,000 fans were expected in the stadium for a game that would have huge significance even if it were not for the pitiful state of financial affairs Argyle finds itself in.
