A PATIENT died in a Derriford Hospital toilet after potentially life-saving heart surgery was cancelled for a second time, an inquest heard.
Shop manager Richard Thompson, aged 42, was awaiting a heart bypass when nursing staff discovered him collapsed on November 4 last year.
