A YOUNG man with a history of sexually abusing boys has been jailed after twice breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order. Plymouth Crown Court heard that after the order banning him from contact with children was imposed, Nicholas Russell contacted an 11- year-old cousin and suggested they spent time together, which they did.
