Summary
Over four weeks ago I wrote to CityBus and am still waiting for a reply.
Bus users like myself purchase weekly or month tickets, paid for to cover that period of travel. Why has Citybus not yet offered a refund for the Christmas and New Year period when no buses ran for three days but tickets were already paid for? CityBus has taken the money from the passengers who hold these tickets but did not provide a service for these three days' holiday, so I hope we will see a refund.See the full content of this document
