The father of a tiny baby who died in Derriford Hospital has said he was devastated to learn she had to be taken to London for a post- mortem examination.

Mark Herridge said he and wife Becky suffered added heartache after their premature baby Brooke had to be taken to Great Ormond Street Hospital because there were no specialist paediatric pathologists available to do the examination in Devon and Cornwall.
