PLYMOUTH'S amateur snooker players are being offered the chance to qualify for one of the biggest tournaments on the sport's calendar -- the World Open Snooker Championship. For the first time in the event's history, non-professionals are being given the opportunity to challenge the likes of Ronnie O'Sullivan live on TV.
