PETER MORTIMORE had to pinch himself after making his Plymouth Albion debut in front of more than 5,500 people against Worcester Warriors at Sixways on Saturday. Seven days earlier the back-row forward had been turning out for Paignton in the Devon Cup against Barnstaple and he had been expecting to be playing against Clevedon in South West One on Saturday.
But, after impressing for Albion's development team earlier in the season, Graham Dawe asked Paignton if he could 'borrow' their skipper Mortimore for a few weeks while Canadian trio Sean-Michael Stephen, Tyler Hotson and Aaron Carpenter are on international duty.See the full content of this document
