Summary


A homeless man who admitted being in a Plymouth hotel for "unlawful purposes" was given a prison sentence by city magistrates.

Michael Sullivan, aged 22, was challenged by the owner inside the Cranbourne Hotel, Citadel Road, on July 17. Sullivan denied he had gone into any bedrooms in the hotel, but he admitted he had entered the premises for the purpose of theft.
