True to form for the man who once fronted The Retreat - still arguably Plymouth's most successful ever band, who were signed to Edel Records in the Nineties - he has compiled a collection of sublimely crafted, deeply poignant songs that seem, almost effortlessly articulate, this time with recurring themes of trust, loyalty and the importance of friendship.
