A CITY publican and head of Plymouth's new hospitality trade group has criticised the police's licensing team for what he called "half-baked" accusations against his premises.

Tom Macpherson, pictured right, who runs the Clipper Inn in Union Street and the Barbican's Wee Clipper Bar, says he has been left "gobsmacked" at the licensing team's behaviour.
