A THREE-month-old baby left with head injuries remains in intensive care as his father applied for bail in court.
Graeme Draper, pictured above, aged 25, from Beaumont Road, St Judes did not appear in court as his solicitor Julian Jefferson made the application for bail at Plymouth Crown Court yesterday. Judge Philip Wassall heard the application in chambers behind locked doors. Draper's bail application was turned down and he remains in custody. He will next appear at Plymouth Crown Court on February 15.See the full content of this document
