Police hunting for vandals who scrawl graffiti say they would like to hear from anyone who may have 'long-term' answers to the problem, which is saddling the city with large clean-up bills.
One notable success came last week at Plymouth Magistrates' Court after graffiti artist Matthew Hand, aged 18, of Federation Road, Laira, pleaded guilty to five charges of causing criminal damage.
