PLYMOUTH Harrier Chris Rimmer was a runaway winner of the popular spring tester, the Saltash half marathon.
Rimmer finished more than five minutes ahead of his nearest rival, unattached runner Jim Cole, with Tamar Trotters' Pete Waumsley coming home in third place. First lady home was Saltash's own Great Britain and England international veteran distance star, and Tamar Trotter, Anne Luke. The host club carried off the team trophy for both the men and women's categories from a field of 220, which was down slightly on last year's entry for the 13.1mile course.See the full content of this document
