WHY IS it when people go out drinking they do not know how to behave? I live on the Barbican and every bank holiday it's ructions down here! We have a private courtyard with signs all around, but people tipped the wheelie bins up strewing rubbish everywhere, urinated against people's back doors and some guy put his fist right through a security window, which could have been anyone's back door. They go by screaming, shouting and God knows what else. The police, bless them, were here till 4am trying to sort the yobs out.
