A FIVE course gourmet dinner evening is to be held at The Waterfront Restaurant and Bar in Plymouth on Tuesday hosted by Michelin-starred chef Jacques Marchal, owners of the restaurant Steve and Kelly Bowen, and head chef Tony Dalton.
The evening, that will also raise money for St Luke's Hospice Plymouth, has been in the planning for a while and will be a chance for the restaurant to showcase some new introductions to the menu as well as having the opportunity to try a "flight" of wines blended by Xenia Irwin, one of only 23 female Masters of Wine in the world and buyer at Walter Hicks in St Austell. Tasting notes will be provided on every table.See the full content of this document
