PLYMOUTH patriots went out in their masses on Saturday to watch England's first official World Cup match -- and fill the tills of city pubs.
Manager of the Mannamead (Wetherspoon) bar on Mutley Plain, William Shambrooke, said: "We had a very good turnout for Saturday's match which created a really good atmosphere within the bar.
