COUNCIL officers are recommending that plans to build 14 flats on communal space in the city be rejected.
Residents close to the proposed development on Raglan Road in Devonport have been fighting plans by Galliard Homes, through its subsidiary Risesign Ltd, to build the flats in three blocks on land used by the community.See the full content of this document
