Summary
I HAVE been doing some research on my genealogy. I have found that, according to a newspaper cutting I have, Samuel Cook, my ancestor, was commissioned to do a lot of work at Lupton House. This was back in the 1840s. He was an artist and interior decorator. I am trying to find pictures of the interior of the house, as it was then, and wondered if any readers would be able to help, please.
The newspaper is the Royal Cornwall Gazette, and is dated June 24, 1859. Samuel Cook was born in 1806 and died in 1859. He was commisssioned by Lord Churston. Please email isdellamora2@googlemail.com.See the full content of this document
