A PLYMOUTH man charged with conspiring to supply more than Pounds 250,000 of cocaine, has failed to win bail. Craig Harbar's application was turned down yesterday at Plymouth Crown Court by Judge Paul Darlow.
Harbar (pictured right), aged 25, of Bernice Close, Lipson, had appeared before Torquay magistrates on May 27 and entered no plea to the charge of conspiring to supply Class A drugs with another man between January 31 and April 15 this year.See the full content of this document
