That's Stuart Elford's story. Once a career policeman, he is now running a multi-million-pound business for one of the country's leading plastic surgeons, working on one unique project and planning another which would also be a UK first.

Stuart also runs the shore-based activities of one of the world's most famous yachtsmen.
