Well done Plymouth City Council. You moan about the amount of children in your care and moan about all the children with mental health issues, and now you take away a much needed service. There are not enough child services facilities in Plymouth as it is.

Sally, St Budeaux It is a shame that the needy will miss out, as I am in no doubt that some children need help. But an overwhelming amount of lazy parents just blame ADHD etc for their own inability to cope and deal with wayward children.
