Summary
A MAN has been sent to crown court to face a charge of burgling a house in Mannamead. Derek Bates, aged 33, is accused of breaking into a home in Broughton Close on June 11 and taking cameras, a laptop computer and a mobile phone.
Bates, of Delamere Road in Eggbuckland, earlier entered no plea at Plymouth Magistrates' Court. He appeared from prison via a videolink and the bench committed the case to crown court.See the full content of this document
