TWO accidents held up drivers heading into Plymouth city centre yesterday afternoon.
The inbound side of busy Exeter Street had to be closed by police when a minibus and Volkswagen Golf collided shortly after 2.45pm. Nobody was injured in the smash, near the junction with Bretonside, but the route remained shut for nearly an hour.See the full content of this document
