CHRISTMAS lights are due to be switched on in Plympton's Ridgeway for the first time in two years. Last year, the traditional festive display in the shopping centre was cancelled after Ridgeway traders could not overcome new health and safety obstacles.
But this year, thanks to help from Southern Electrical South West and other local traders, the lights will be switched on again.See the full content of this document
