A COLLECTION of cartoons have earned one city man worldwide fame after he sketched the defining moments of Plymouth Argyle's first football match of the season. Local historian and long-time contributor to The Herald, Chris Robinson, has seen his colourful cartoons making headline news all over the world, including America, Australia, Taiwan and Indonesia.

The 56-year-old was asked to recreate the highlights of the Pilgrim's 1-0 win against Southampton after the rival side's controversial decision to ban photographers from their home matches and instead sell pictures from one accredited agency.
