Summary
I write in response to an article 'Chaos for city's sick', which appeared in Tuesday's Herald, in the hope that I can address some of the concerns expressed by Transport Access for People's (TAP) volunteer drivers.
As a charity, we took on Derriford's voluntary car ambulance service in June, when West Country Ambulance Service terminated its contract.
