I agree with your previous correspondent that the condition of the roads in Plymouth is deplorable, with so many potholes. The council, as usual, says there is no money available for proper repairs - what nonsense.
Just look at the traffic-calming at Woodford, a classic example of bad judgement and mismanagement resulting in a colossal waste of money. Traffic-calming was designed by experts and installed, but then subject to constant alterations that contributed to an enormous overspend, eventually costing over half a million pounds.See the full content of this document
