Children are more at risk of being bullied in their own homes than in the playground due to the rise of cyber-bullying, an IT expert claims.
At the start of National Anti-Bullying Week today Jane Mcfall, information services manager for Cornwall's Children's Services Authority, said a survey of children in the South West aged 10 and 11 showed 48 per cent of the sample had received what they called a 'nasty' text message.See the full content of this document
