Summary
What a great sadness it was to read of the death of a young person reported in The Herald. I am minded to reflect on the distress and despair felt by many people, young and old and those in between.
To whom can these people turn? There is one charity that is available every day of the year, 24 hours a day and that is the Samaritans. Every contact is confidential, the contact can be by 'phone, face to face, e-mail, text or by letter.
